Rules & Regulations

  1. All participants should be present at competition start point at 07:00 am.
  2. All participants shall participate willingly and with full consent of parents.
  3. Organizers shall not be liable for any loss to the participants.
  4. Each participants has to acquaint himself with the route of his/her race. No claims of any kind will be entrained in this regard.
  5. The decision taken by Referee will be final & binding on each participants.
  6. Right of any change, in competition are reserved by the organizers, which will be published/announced at appropriate time & place.
  7. Participants would be disqualified for misbehaviour of any kind.
  8. Participants will be disqualified if found smoking, drunk or use of simulation drugs.
  9. It is compulsory for participants to attach age proof along with participation form, participant without age proof will not be given entry in the competition.(School students should submit their entry form with signature of Principal / Head Master and School seal.)
  10. All original documents will be verified prior to time of prize distribution and only then he will be declared as winner.
  11. Participants must attach residence/ domicile proof from competent authority (Tahasildar / Gramsevak / SEO) with signature to entry form.
  12. Persons who are goverment employees staying in Raigad District/ Panvel Taluka for last 3 years can also participate in the competition, Participants must attach residence / Domicile proof for competent authority (Tahasildar / Gramsevak / SEO) with signature, to Entry form.
  13. Each participants must compulsory affix a passport size photo on the entry form.
  14. School must provide list of participants according to the competition category along with entry forms.
  15. Organizers can make arrangements of stay for those participants who are outside from Panvel & Uran Taluka. Those willing to opt for this facility, should contact the organizers at least 2 days prior to the competition.
